Where do you ship from?

We ship from Canada.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We work fast to get your order processed quickly!
If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
After that, we may not be able to modify it — but you can still return it once received.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express — and PayPal.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Processing time is usually 1–3 business days, and your order will ship the next business day after it’s processed.

Note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on location, but most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks.
We’ll keep you updated with tracking once your order ships.


What if I don’t receive my order?

If it’s been 30 days or more since your order shipped and you haven’t received it, please contact us — you’re eligible for a full refund.


Will I be charged customs or import taxes?

Prices on our site are tax-free in USD, so your order may be subject to import duties or local taxes depending on your country.
These fees are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.

How do I return an item?

What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete — we’ve got you.
Email us with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
If you used a credit/debit card, it can take 7–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
